How to Become a Referral Partner

  1. Register and Sign Up

    Create your account by completing the registration process on our platform.

  2. Spend a Minimum of RM200 on Movo

    Step 2 — Spend a Minimum of RM200 on Movo

    Make a cumulative purchase of at least RM200 on any items available on the Movo platform. Upon reaching this threshold, your account will be automatically upgraded to Referral Partner status.

  3. Receive Your Unique Referral Code

    Step 3 — Receive Your Unique Referral Code

    Once your Referral Partner status is activated, a personal referral code will be assigned to you.

  4. Start Referring and Earning

    Step 4 — Start Referring & Earning

    Share your referral code with friends and start earning a referral fee of 7%–12% for every successful referral.


Referral Fee Entitlement and Claim Conditions (User)

Upon successful registration as a Movo Referral Partner, you shall be authorized to distribute your unique referral code to prospective customers. For each completed transaction made by a referred customer using your referral code, you shall be entitled to a referral fee ranging from seven percent (7%) to twelve percent (12%) of the transaction value, the applicable rate being determined by the product category purchased. The referral fee shall become claimable within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the referred customer has made full payment, received the product in satisfactory condition, and the transaction has been deemed successfully completed.

Merchant Claim Conditions (Merchant)

Merchant disbursements shall only become claimable within fourteen (14) working days from the date of successful completion of a transaction, subject to the fulfilment of all of the following conditions: (i) full payment has been received from the customer; (ii) the customer has confirmed receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition; and (iii) no dispute, complaint, or claim has been raised by the customer in relation to the transaction. In the event a complaint, dispute, or any fault attributable to the Merchant is raised by the customer, the Platform reserves the right to withhold and suspend the disbursement of payment to the Merchant pending the full and final resolution of such dispute. Under such circumstances, the Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the disbursement timeline may extend beyond the standard fourteen (14) working day period, and the Merchant shall have no claim against the Platform for any resulting delay in payment.
